To book the class;
- the studio’s class booking will be available through IN2 Application only. client shall install the application into their phone for booking
- the class need to be book and paid before attending via Application
- booking is mandatory with minimum of 2 hours before the starting of the class

To cancel Yoga Class;
- client shall cancel the class prior 2 hours before the class begins, the pass shall be retuning back to you
- fail to cancel the class before 2 hours results in deducting of the pass and the pass shall not be returned
To cancel Pilates class and Workshop;
- for the pilates and workshops and Private Session, if clients would like to cancel the booking, we require 12 hours prior to the starting time of the pilates class and workshop and Private Session.
- fail to cancel the class before 12 hours result in deducting of the pass or the money and it shall not be returned
Terms and Conditions
- buying the studio’s package will grants you passes (number of passes will be mentioning in each packages)
- 1 pass can be use for 1 class only
- clients can choose to attend any class from monthly schedule only
- the membership passes is not allowed to share with any other people, the owner of the membership is the only person allowed to use the passes for the classes.
- all the package are not refundable or exchangeble or extendable after purchased.
- workshop and events are excluded from the packages
- each workshop and events need to be booked and paid separately (even in IN2 Application will be mentioning Workshop or Event)
- Late Arrival of client will be accepted within 15 minuets after the class started. Anyhow, client should minimise the activities and volume when you are entering the class to not disturb other clients.
- Clients are required to wear grip socks in Reformer Pilates classes for their own safety and public hygienic purpose.
- We do offer freezing service to our member for the maximum of 30 days per year (limited once a year for each member) please do contact us in case you need the freezing service.
- Freezing service on IN2 application means temporary pausing your package, so the validity days stop counting during the period. Once the freeze ends. the package automatically reactivates and continues until the new expiration date.
